Job summary

Inovalon’s Professional Services Manager will lead complex engagements with payer customers, translating their Quality/HEDIS, CMS Stars and Risk Adjustment needs into actionable use of Inovalon solutions and services.

You will collaborate with sales, implementations, and customer success teams to drive outcomes, manage risks, and ensure high client satisfaction in a healthcare data environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in health care, information systems, CS, statistics, analytics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of health plan Quality/HEDIS, CMS Stars, and/or Risk Adjustment program delivery experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent customer Professional Service engagements across the Payer product portfolio.
• Act as client-facing point of contact for Quality/HEDIS, CMS Stars, and Risk Adjustment activities.
• Understand customer goals and translate them into effective use of Inovalon solutions.
