Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Pro Sales Manager to drive special-order sales across Retail Pro, AM, PAE, BIM Architectural Lead and Install Services. The role involves heavy travel (50%+) to events, meetings, and jobsites, with a focus on strategic sales planning, customer engagement, and after-sales service.

You will read blueprints, prepare quotes, manage orders from start to finish, and deliver product trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in retail or building products.
• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive Special Order Sales for Retail Pro, AM, PAE, BIM Lead and Install Services.
• Travel 50%+ with overnights to events, meetings and jobsites.
• Plan weekly schedule and report sales activity using CRM and reporting tools.
• Read blueprints, create quotes, manage orders end-to-end and provide after-sales support.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends; provide trainings.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and communicate feedback to sales leadership.
