Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Pro Sales Manager to drive special order sales, manage quotes and orders from start to finish, and provide outstanding customer service. The role involves significant travel (50%+) to attend events, meetings, and job sites, with strong emphasis on pipeline planning and product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of direct sales experience in retail or building products, plus proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (retail/building products preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and develop quotes, manage orders end-to-end.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Special Order Sales across Retail Pro, AM, PAE, BIM Leads and Install Services.
• Travel 50%+ with overnights for events, meetings, and site walks.
• Plan weekly sales activities using CRM and reporting tools; maintain customer engagement.
