Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Pro Sales Manager for the Nashville market with remote flexibility. You will drive special-order sales across Retail Pro Sales, AMs, PAEs, BIM leads, and Install Services, while planning weekly activity and using CRM tools to report progress.

Expect 50%+ travel to events, customer meetings, and site visits. You’ll read blueprints, create quotes, manage orders end-to-end, and provide post-sale support, training, and product knowledge to the team.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience, preferably in building products or retail.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong numeric and POS familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive special order sales and increase market share.
• Travel 50%+ with overnights for events, meetings and site visits.
• Plan weekly sales activities using CRM and reporting tools.
• Read blueprints, create quotes, and manage orders end-to-end.
• Provide post-sale support and product knowledge training.
