Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Pro Sales Manager to lead special-order sales across Retail Pro, AMs, PAEs, BIM lead, and install services. You will read blueprints, create quotes, manage orders end-to-end, and deliver exceptional post-sale support.

You will travel about half the time to events, customer meetings, and job sites, while continuously updating product knowledge, sales strategies, and presentation materials for the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in retail or building products.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers find solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive Special Order Sales: increase market share across Retail Pro Sales, AM, PAE, BIM Lead, and Install Services.
• Travel 50%+ with overnights for events, meetings, and site visits.
• Plan weekly sales activities and report progress using CRM and related tools.
• Read blueprints, prepare quotes, manage orders from start to finish, and ensure after-sale service.
• Provide product training and presentations to internal teams and customers.
