Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Pro Sales Manager to drive special-order sales across Retail Pro Sales, AMs, PAEs, BIM Leads, and Install Services while traveling frequently to customer sites, events, and jobsites. You’ll plan sales activities, read blueprints, prepare quotes, and manage orders from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in direct sales, strong customer service, and a solid grasp of POS/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in retail/building products.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive special-order sales and increase market share across Retail Pro Sales, AMs, PAEs, BIM Lead, and Install Services.
• Travel 50%+ with overnights for events, meetings, and site visits.
• Plan weekly sales activities and report outcomes using CRM and reporting tools.
• Read blueprints, create quotes, manage orders end-to-end, and provide post-sale support.
• Provide product training and develop selling programs; stay updated on IECC/Energy Star standards.
