Job summary

Sound Physicians seeks a Privileging Consultant (PCT) to manage hospital privileging for providers in our programs. You’ll coordinate with a Privileging Coordinator and third-party agencies, ensuring complete applications and correct documentation are submitted, while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will communicate updates to senior leaders and ensure timely progression of files, including reappointments and ongoing data management in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with concise messaging to multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple files.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Customer service mindset when interacting with providers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage privileging tasks for every provider going to a Sound program.
• Request and collect complete privileging applications and docs.
• Escalate red flags to Risk Management and leadership as needed.
• Track reappointments and ensure timely completion and dates.
• Upload correspondence and maintain privileging data in Salesforce.
• Communicate updates via weekly regional staffing calls and emails.
