Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related graduate degree
• Active New York State License (LMSW/MHC-LP) or equivalent
• Additional Language Fluency is a plus
• Proficient with diverse technology platforms (Google Suite, EHR platforms)
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis following Rivia Mind’s culture and guiding principles
• Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule aligned with productivity expectations
• Follow Care Model practices emphasizing continuity of care and high-frequency follow-up appointments
• Provide clinical support and counseling in a telehealth environment for diverse patient populations
• Coach patients to manage ongoing health conditions and make positive behavior changes
• Promote a friendly, collaborative, and co-learning work environment for team growth
• Be part of a multidisciplinary clinical community with supervision and administrative support
• Access to psychotherapy and psychiatric colleagues for consultation and coordinated care
