Job summary

Rivia Mind is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to join a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical community. You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy across self-pay, private and Medicare, with a focus on patient-centered treatment plans and collaborative care.

The role offers telehealth and hybrid work options, a structured onboarding, regular supervision, and a culture emphasizing growth, quality care, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active New York State License (LMSW/MHC-LP) or license-eligible
• Licensure in related modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR) is a plus
• 2+ years psychotherapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis
• Manage weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare
• Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule per productivity expectations
• Follow Care Model practices emphasizing continuity of care and high-frequency follow-ups
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing
• Offer telehealth clinical support and crisis intervention when needed
• Mentor and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Promote a friendly, collaborative, learning-oriented work culture
• Support administrative teams to ensure smooth operation of care
