Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire experienced privacy analysts who will train its latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own DPIAs, RoPA, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and vendor DPAs while refining AI-generated outputs for regulator and customer scrutiny.

This fully remote role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start and compensation at $90 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance
• Experience owning DPIAs, RoPA, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments
• Ability to draft privacy notices and DPAs that withstand regulator and customer scrutiny

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (DPIAs, RoPA, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments)
• Develop and improve breach notification protocols and vendor data-processing agreements
• Ensure high-quality document craftsmanship and precise written communication
