Job summary

Ethos is building a network of expert privacy analysts to support a leading AI lab in training language models on professional documents and slides. The role focuses on creating and refining privacy-related outputs, including DPIAs, records of processing activities, and vendor agreements, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Remote, flexible engagement of 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core privacy workflows such as DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, DPA, and breach notification protocols.
