Job summary

Ethos is seeking a seasoned head of privacy to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own DPIAs, processing activity records, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, while drafting privacy notices and DPAs for regulator and client scrutiny.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices that withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to ensure privacy controls are integrated into outputs.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal data protection standards.
