Ethos is seeking an experienced vps of privacy to train AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across privacy workflows. The role emphasizes DPIAs, records of processing, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, and privacy notices, with expert-level content creation capabilities.

This flexible, remote engagement offers 5–20 hours per week at $90/hour, ASAP start. Ideal for professionals with strong regulatory experience and exceptional document craft across complex tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with ownership of DPIAs and records of processing activities.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor DPAs that withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (DPIAs, records of processing, GDPR/CCPA gaps, privacy notices, DPAs, breach protocols).
• Lead and maintain high standards of data privacy craftsmanship in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and clear communication.
