Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and update patient and guarantor demographics.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization; follow up on appeals/denials.
• Contact patients/providers when authorization is unsecured prior to service.
• Escalate unresolved issues and maintain queues with quality standards.
• Contribute to a culture aligned with mission and values.
