Responsibilities

• Verify and enter demographic data for patients and guarantors.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, authorizations; follow up on appeals/denials.
• Contact patients/providers when authorization is unsecured before service date.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate parties.
• Maintain queues and ensure quality and due diligence.
• Meet or exceed productivity, due diligence and quality standards.
