FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Principal TAC Projects DBA and Scripting Engineer to coordinate database requirements for Synapse applications and streamline TAC processes. The role advances monitoring, health visibility, and issue resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will develop training materials, maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical imaging DB technologies, and participate in occasional customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Oracle Certification (OCA or higher).
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Advanced DBA level knowledge of all current Synapse Applications.
• Advanced knowledge of HL7 and DICOM protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of Synapse workflows and front end.
• Advanced knowledge of VMware and Storage Solutions.
• Ability to work in fast-paced team environment and meet goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent decision making based on data and product knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Handle Synapse database requests for the TAC Project team.
• Coordinate with Principal TAC engineers for continuity.
• Develop or improve cross-training from the database perspective.
• Create customer scripts, DB extracts, and common DB tasks (e.g., MRN conversions).
• Improve TAC processes to enhance support experience.
• Occasional customer site visits and travel as needed.
• Maintain expert knowledge of DB technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on FDA, ISO13485 and other regulatory standards.
• Comply with vaccine/testing requirements where applicable.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across duties.
