Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Principal TAC Projects DBA and Scripting Engineer to coordinate database requirements for Synapse apps and automate monitoring. You will work with TAC teams to improve support readiness and develop training materials, delivering a scalable Active Monitoring solution across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Oracle Certification (OCA or higher).
• Minimum of 10 years of industry related professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of all current Synapse Applications.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM).
• Advanced knowledge of Synapse workflows and their implementations.
• Advanced knowledge in Synapse application front end.
• Advanced knowledge of medical informatics architecture (VMware and Storage Solutions).
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on interpretation of technology data.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Harnesses Synapse DB requests for the TAC Project team.
• Collaborates with Principal TAC engineers for depth and continuity.
• Develops or improves cross training from the database perspective.
• Identifies efficient TAC methods for DB scripts, extracts, and MRN conversions.
• Relates customer challenges to TAC processes to improve support experiences.
• Occasionally participates in customer site visits as needed.
• Maintains expert knowledge of DB technologies and medical imaging products with ongoing education.
• Learns and stays compliant with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Occasionally travels short notice or overnight when required.
• Works outside normal hours as business needs demand.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and applicable laws and standards.
