RTX is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives within the Supply Chain and Digital Technology teams. You will lead projects to simplify processes, improve delivery performance, and boost profitability across cross-functional groups.

The role emphasizes leading sprints, developing robust business cases, and managing change to ensure successful implementation. Experience in ERP tools and BI dashboards is highly valued.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and standard project management lifecycles.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration with teams.
• PMP certification and change-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, change management, portfolio reviews and planning meetings.
• Develop detailed business cases by gathering scope inputs, requirements and outcomes.
• Manage change management and communication activities for seamless project implementation.
• Collaborate with sponsors, portfolio leads and technical teams to align objectives.
• Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize project outcomes and delivery performance.
• Oversee vendor and stakeholder management for successful execution.
