RTX is seeking a Process Transformation & Standard Work Principal Specialist to lead standardized supply chain processes and training. This role uses CORE/Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and project management to drive efficiency across the supply chain, collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 5+ years in supply chain, process improvement, or training roles.
• Experience with supply chain information systems and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with CORE or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Certifications in supply chain or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement supply chain process improvements and standard work initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deliver standardized supply chain training programs.
• Utilize supply chain tools, data analytics, and information systems to enhance training and efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; recommend solutions.
• Apply CORE or Lean Six Sigma to promote continuous improvement in processes.
• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects with timelines and budgets.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on best practices and standardized processes.
• Monitor training effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
