In a remote US setting, you will collaborate with stakeholders, design training programs, analyze data, mentor teams, and report on outcomes to align with RTX’s strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years in supply chain, process improvement, or training roles.
• Experience with supply chain information systems and analytics.
• Experience with CORE/Lean Six Sigma principles or similar.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
