This remote position focuses on solving urgent supply chain challenges and improving delivery performance across a complex environment, partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes monitoring performance, reducing risk, and driving continuous improvement in support of mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain management or 3+ years with advanced degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to sensitive information.
• Experience in supplier performance management and risk mitigation preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key problem solver for urgent supply chain issues
• Identify and implement solutions to improve delivery performance
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to influence outcomes
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for supply chain issues
• Monitor supply chain performance and develop risk mitigation plans
