Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Principal Specialist, Supply Chain Management to drive operational excellence, lead urgent supply chain issue resolution, and partner with suppliers to sustain production continuity.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to deliver data-driven improvements and resilient supply chain performance in a remote-capable role based in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key problem solver for urgent supply chain issues threatening production.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve delivery performance and reduce barriers.
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve material, delivery, and quality issues.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor supply chain performance and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Prepare supply chain metrics and leadership updates.
