This role emphasizes supplier management, weekly status reviews, and alignment with acquisitions to drive timely PO placement and accurate forecasts. W2 hourly pay is offered with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supply chain management, procurement, subcontracts, or other similar role.
• Prior experience working with suppliers or in supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Align supply chain strategies with acquisitions to ensure timely PO placement and supplier oversight.
• Manage key strategic suppliers and lead weekly status reviews.
• Present supply chain updates during program meetings with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Expedite critical materials to meet deployment schedules using line-of-balance tracking.
• Support monthly supply chain sales forecasts and inputs for customer proposals.
• Act as the primary supply chain representative in program meetings.
• Adapt quickly to resolve daily program-critical issues.
