Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across core subsystems of a simulation software platform. The role emphasizes guiding architectural decisions, championing modern practices, and delivering complex features with autonomy.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in desktop software development, extensive experience with modern C++, Windows UI development using Visual Studio and MFC, and familiarity with XML/JSON serialization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of desktop software development experience, preferably in simulation.
• Proficiency in modern C++ (C++14+).
• Experience developing Windows applications with Visual Studio (2019+).
• Familiarity with MFC for Windows UI development.
• Experience with object serialization formats such as XML/JSON.
• Experience applying ML to simulation is a plus.
