Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a full-remote role.

You will provide technical leadership across core subsystems of a simulation software platform and guide architectural decisions. The ideal candidate has a BS in Computer Science, 5+ years desktop software experience, deep C++14+, Windows development with Visual Studio 2019+, and familiarity with MFC, XML/JSON, and applying ML to simulation.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of desktop software development experience, preferably in simulation
• Proficiency in modern C++ (C++14 or later)
• Experience developing Windows applications with Visual Studio 2019 or later
• Familiarity with Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) for Windows UI development
• Experience with object serialization and structured data formats (XML, JSON)
• Experience applying ML to simulation
