10+ years leading software engineering teams with AI adoption and modern delivery practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence technical strategy.

Responsibilities

Research emerging AI, ML, cloud, and architecture technologies for the product platform.
Analyze data flows and system designs for scalability, security, and AI readiness.
Document architectural patterns including AI integration and governance.
Define reference architectures for AI-enabled capabilities and workflows.
Promote responsible AI practices and guide tool usage to improve quality and velocity.
