One Call in the United States is seeking a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to provide architectural depth, deliver standout engineering practices, and lead in a complex, legacy-heavy environment undergoing modernization.

You will mentor teams, drive technical decisions across .NET, SQL Server, and front-end stacks, and contribute hands-on coding where needed, balancing delivery velocity with long-term stability in a remote-first setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building enterprise .NET apps (C#/VB.NET).
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and observability.
• Experience in healthcare, workers' compensation, or regulated industries.
• Strong front-end and API development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture discussions and guide technical decisions.
• Provide hands-on development across .NET and front-end stacks.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server objects and ETL pipelines.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, and code quality practices.
