Job summary

One Call seeks a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to provide architectural depth and hands-on leadership in a legacy-heavy environment modernizing its stack. You will guide engineers across .NET, SQL Server, WinForms/Web Forms, and modern .NET Core, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, and frontend tech.

This is a high-influence technical role, not people management. You will drive architecture decisions, promote engineering excellence, and deliver high-quality software across mission-critical

Qualifications

• 10+ years building enterprise .NET applications in C# and VB.NET.
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, logging and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and design discussions across multiple apps and services.
• Guide teams in .NET, SQL, and front-end stacks; ensure delivery quality.
• Develop and optimize REST APIs, Windows Services, and data layers.
• Mentor engineers, promote CI/CD, testing, and code quality.
