Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Director, HR Business Partner to join our team. The role leads strategic HR partnerships at the SVP/VP level, shaping global talent and organizational design across dispersed regions.

The successful candidate will drive succession planning, performance standards, and leadership development while partnering with COEs on talent, learning, and analytics. A hybrid schedule with domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership partnership with SVPs/VPs and global leadership teams.
• Lead organizational design efforts across global functions to enable digital/technology-enabled operating models.
• Oversee talent performance, development and engagement, including succession planning and executive coaching.
• Align global HR strategies with regional execution and enterprise governance.
• Leverage data analytics and HR tech to inform decisions and improve workforce productivity.
• Escalate only critical risks and provide data-informed recommendations on leadership decisions.
