Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Product Manager for Computer Vision to lead enterprise CV platform strategy and execution. You will partner with internal product leaders to define requirements, align stakeholders, and drive the adoption of central AI models across our portfolio.

You will own lifecycle management for reusable CV models and AI infrastructure, shaping APIs, data pipelines and edge-to-cloud synchronization to deliver measurable customer outcomes and platform success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in a technical domain.
• Deep understanding of computer vision and machine learning, MLOps, data platforms.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Engage with internal leaders to define platform requirements and drive adoption.
• Create MRDs, PRDs, and user stories for core platform capabilities.
• Own lifecycle for central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure.
• Define and track platform metrics to measure adoption, performance and cost-efficiency.
