Job summary
Twilio seeks a Principal Product Manager to evolve its global Product Catalog platform. You will own backend lifecycle from NPI governance to downstream billing, partnering with platform engineering, finance, and operations to standardize data models and tooling.
You will lead architectural decisions, drive taxonomies, and accelerate time-to-market for SKU launches across Twilio’s diverse product portfolio, including SMS, Voice, and AI offerings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management focused on APIs, developer tooling, backend cloud architectures.
- Experience building internal platforms like PIM, CPQ, billing registries, or multi-tenant graphs.
- Proven track record defining cross-functional NPI processes and SKU lifecycles.
- Strong architectural acumen with database schemas, graph models, and data propagation.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and taxonomy for a centralized, multi-tenant product catalog service.
- Design and scale end-to-end NPI launch framework for global SKUs.
- Create API schemas and PIM tooling for self-serve catalog listings and pricing metadata.
- Lead ingestion and migration of legacy configs into a unified billing/product registry.
- Ensure data quality and downstream billing accuracy across regions.
