UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Principal Product Manager for Revenue Cycle Automation. You will own the strategy, portfolio direction, and business case development for AI-enabled revenue cycle products, guiding them from concept to scaled market adoption.

You will lead pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and clinical leadership, and drive performance through governance, analytics, and patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in healthcare or related field.
• 2+ years taking a product from concept to launch and scaled adoption.
• 2+ years owning pricing, packaging, or commercial strategy with Sales/Marketing.
• 1+ years managing a product line, portfolio, or P&L.

Responsabilités

• Own the revenue cycle automation portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Build business cases with market sizing, pricing hypotheses, and financial impact.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and GTM in partnership with Marketing, Finance and Sales.
• Drive go-to-market launches from pilot to GA and manage adoption and renewal.
• Partner with data science for AI-enabled workflows and governance considerations.
