USA Clinics Group in Northbrook, IL, is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to provide strategic leadership for billing, collections, denial management, and automation initiatives. This full-time, on-site role focuses on operational efficiency and AI-enabled improvements to maximize reimbursement.

You will guide dashboards, SOPs, and performance metrics while collaborating with executives to drive KPI improvements and a patient-first care model that supports rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, denials, payer contracting.
• Proven KPIs improvements in Days in A/R and collections.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily revenue cycle operations including billing and collections.
• Analyze payer trends and denials to improve financial performance.
• Develop reporting dashboards and scorecards for performance tracking.
• Drive AI adoption and automation initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategic revenue cycle initiatives.
