Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience preferred, ideally building and scaling B2B software.
• Experience owning products from concept to launch and scale.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Hands-on prototyping and communicating concepts with designers and engineers.
• Experience with go-to-market planning and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered enterprise solutions in UiPath's Healthcare business.
• Evolve early-stage solutions into scalable, configurable products; reduce custom development.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Partner with engineering and design to create detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes to communicate ideas and accelerate development.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term scalability and business viability.
• Introduce product development processes to improve execution as the business grows.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and requirements.
• Translate feedback into reusable product capabilities and onboarding improvements.
• Collaborate to ensure solutions are repeatable, marketable, and scalable.
• Support go-to-market, sales enablement, and commercialization.
