Job summary

Apex IT is seeking a Principal and Senior Principal Consultant in the Oracle CX space to lead and deliver complex Oracle CX projects for clients in the United States.

You will mentor teams, own delivery from definition through go-live, drive technical leadership across multiple Oracle CX offerings, and apply strong CRM knowledge, Agile practices, and problem solving to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 6+ years in Oracle CX implementations.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle CX projects through go-live.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and Jira or similar tools.
• Strong programming skills and ability to review complex code.
• Knowledge of Sales Planning, Engagement Cloud, and BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong project management skills.
• Manage the delivery of multiple Oracle CX projects.
• Should have worked on oracle Redwood.
• Designing the application using Redwood and modifying the Redwood pages.
• Strong functional knowledge on CRM concepts.
• Exhibit strong technical leadership skills in more than one Oracle CX product.
• Own development responsibility from definition through delivery.
• Exhibit strong design and development skills.
• Mentor as well as contribute as an individual contributor.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage team and different stakeholders.
• Ability to scale up quickly on different Oracle CX offerings.
• Contribute to Oracle CX community within Apex IT.
