Job summary

Apex IT is a global consulting firm delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and other ERP services to clients. The Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect will design, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud projects, translating business needs into scalable technical designs and ensuring successful deployments for clients.

The role requires hands-on implementation, strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and leadership to guide project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a related field.
Extensive experience as a Technical Architect with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Analytics.
Proficiency with OCI and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations including data migration.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical designs for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Lead technical implementation: configuration, customization, integration, and reporting.
Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and advise on new features.
Design and implement integrations with ERP/CRM and third-party apps.
Provide guidance to project teams and mentor junior staff.
Create and maintain technical documentation and conduct trainings.
