Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal with extensive experience in evidence synthesis for the pharmaceutical sector, to lead ITC and network meta-analysis projects, manage junior staff, and guide deliverables.

You will coordinate global teams across time zones, qualify leads, develop proposals, and contribute to business development while ensuring high-quality results for HTA and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Master's in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences OK).
• 7+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis in pharma consulting.
• PhD in epidemiology/biostatistics preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of evidence synthesis projects to support HTA/regulatory submissions.
• Lead project teams to ensure rigorous, timely deliverables.
• Synthesize data qualitatively and quantitatively; guide junior staff.
• Project management: oversee operational, financial, and administrative needs.
• Business development: qualify leads, develop proposals, attend bid defenses, manage contracts.
• Support senior staff on strategic initiatives.
• Work across time zones as part of a global team.
