Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Principal Software Architect to lead technical direction for Identity Resolution platforms and enterprise systems. You will design scalable architectures and guide teams across real-time and batch workloads, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability in a distributed environment.

The role emphasizes Java, Python, Scala, Spark, and SQL expertise, with cloud-native patterns on AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional software engineering experience and senior technical leadership roles.
Experience designing Identity Resolution, Entity Resolution, or similar systems.
Strong expertise in Java, Python, Scala, and SQL for enterprise systems.
Proven ability to design RESTful APIs, microservices, and low-latency services.
Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Spark-based data pipelines.

Responsibilities

Define architecture for Identity Resolution platforms and services.
Design deterministic and probabilistic matching, identity graphs, and survivorship strategies.
Develop scalable, low-latency APIs and data-processing pipelines.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into scalable implementations.
Evaluate technologies and set standards for architecture, security, and observability.
