Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Principal Software Architect to provide technical leadership across large-scale identity resolution platforms. You will design deterministic and probabilistic identity matching, graph structures, and data-processing pipelines using Java, Python, Scala, Spark, and SQL on AWS/Snowflake/Databricks.

The role requires guiding architecture, establishing best practices, and mentoring teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with complex enterprise systems.
• Architect-level or senior technical leader experience.
• Deep experience with Identity Resolution / Entity Resolution or similar.
• Expertise in Java, Python, Scala, Spark, and SQL.
• Proven AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture for enterprise-scale Identity Resolution platforms.
• Design systems for identity matching, graph, and record linkage.
• Build low-latency APIs and scalable services for high-throughput workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into implementations.
• Mentor engineers and shape architectural standards.
