Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Senior Lead, IT Finance and Business Services (Hyperion PRIME Planning) to drive planning, budgeting, and consolidation using Oracle Hyperion/EPM. You will lead cross-functional teams across Finance and IT, shape the EPM roadmap, and ensure scalable, governed processes.

The role requires 10+ years implementing Hyperion solutions, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with FP&A, data integration, and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Hyperion/EPM solutions.
• 5+ years leading EPM teams, projects, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience integrating Hyperion with Oracle ERP, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong SQL, data integration, and ETL experience (ODI, FDMEE, Data Management, Informatica, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor analysts, developers, and administrators.
• Drive EPM strategy, modernization, and roadmap initiatives.
• Partner with Finance leaders to improve planning and reporting capabilities.
