Fortive Corporation (SE) is seeking an experienced Hyperion Finance Analyst to support, enhance, and maintain Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The role partners with Finance, FP&A, and IT to ensure reliable, scalable systems and accurate planning processes.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with financial process knowledge, analytical rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive better forecasting, reporting, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, or related field.
• 3-7 years supporting Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS) and Hyperion Planning.
• Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting, Data Management/Integration.
• Understanding of budgeting/forecasting, financial statements, and management reporting.
• Collaborates with Finance/Accounting and IT; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for EPM applications and users.
• Monitor health, identify risks, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Manage metadata, dimensions, security, and user provisioning.
• Coordinate planning cycles and meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain calculation scripts, automation routines, and reports.
