Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Senior Lead, IT Finance and Business Services (Hyperion PRIME Planning) to drive Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and EPM Cloud initiatives. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while partnering with Finance, IT, and executive teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years delivering Hyperion/EPM solutions and 5+ years in EPM leadership, with strong SQL and data integration skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Hyperion/EPM solutions.
• 5+ years leading EPM teams, projects, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong SQL, data integration, and ETL experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Hyperion-enabled processes.
• Experience with cloud transformation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hyperion planning upgrades, migrations, and integrations with ERP systems.
• Partner with Finance and IT leaders to improve planning and reporting capabilities.
• Mentor analysts, developers, and administrators; manage priorities and timelines.
• Define EPM roadmap aligned with digital finance transformation.
