AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer for Developer Experience (DevEx) to shape and drive a holistic DX strategy across the organization. This role spans Core DX and Cloud/Platform DX, coordinating with platform teams to align priorities and deliver measurable productivity gains.

You will lead adoption of AI-enabled SDLC practices, define productivity metrics, and influence multiple teams without direct ownership, ensuring reliable, scalable development workflows.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in DevEx, Platform Engineering, and large-scale engineering systems.
• Deep systems thinking and software engineering background.
• Proven track record of cross-organizational technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the DevEx strategy across the org with engineering leadership.
