• Bachelor’s in STEM with 10+ years in components engineering.
• Experience with ICs, semiconductors, passives, and RF devices.
• Knowledge of military/aerospace component drawings, standards and specs.
• Experience developing component drawings and part applications for programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead components engineering tasks for airborne, ground, and tactical programs.
• Develop and execute parts management plans and procurement strategies.
• Verify program parts lists for conformity and qualification.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to assess risk and verification.
• Support BOM development and standardization for design reviews.
