Job summary

PerSéGroup is seeking a Principal Civil/Structural Engineer to design hydraulic structures and cofferdams for hydropower facilities. You will lead temporary works, prepare calculations and construction documents, and review designs with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.

Qualifications

PE license required with 10–15+ years designing major concrete hydraulic structures.
Experience in hydropower, dams, water resources, or comparable infrastructure.
Ability to develop calculations, reports, specs, and construction documents.
Strong design skills using AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Revit are essential.

Responsibilities

Design reinforced concrete hydraulic structures, powerhouses, pump stations, canal walls, and dam infrastructure.
Engineer temporary works including cofferdams, excavation support systems, and soil/rock stabilization.
Develop calculations, technical reports, specifications, quantity takeoffs, and construction documents.
Create and review designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and related platforms.
Support geotechnical investigations, evaluate field conditions, and oversee subsurface work as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects for America’s clean energy future.
