Job summary

SolveNow Inc. is seeking an experienced civil/structural engineer with 4+ years of civil design experience. A PE license is mandatory, and proficiency in Civil 3D is required.

Knowledge of Hydraflow, PondPack, WaterCAD, StormCAD is preferred. The role offers a remote option or work near the client’s office, with visa sponsorship not available. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will coordinate with department members, management, and clients, and contribute to contract drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's of Science in Civil/Structuring Engineering.
• PE license required.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in civil engineering design.
• Advanced working proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Preferred knowledge of Hydraflow, PondPack, WaterCAD, StormCAD, or similar software.
• Exposure to permitting and permit processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communications with department members, higher management, and with clients.
• Perform calculations (hand calculations, computer aided calculations (spreadsheets and mathcad), and 3D modeling.
• Assist in creation of contract drawings via providing drawing input to civil designer.
