Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants seeks a Structural Practice Lead - Hydraulic Structures to grow our nationwide dam and hydraulic structures engineering team. Based across multiple offices, you will provide technical direction, lead project teams, and drive client relationships while coordinating with national practice groups.

The role requires a civil engineering background, PE/SE licensure, and at least 10 years in dam engineering, with willingness to travel and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Professional registration (PE or SE) (required).
• Minimum 10 years of dam engineering experience (15+ preferred).
• Ability to travel and perform fieldwork (required).
