SHI is seeking a Principal Architect to lead multi-disciplinary data and AI delivery across client engagements. The role emphasizes orchestrating delivery standards, accelerators, and governance while guiding technical direction across data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI teams.

The position requires a broad yet deep expertise, proven delivery leadership, and the ability to work with executive stakeholders in a remote, client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise data or AI solutions, incl. consulting.
• Expert-level depth in one data discipline with working proficiency in others.
• Proven ability to take a practice from assessment to standard adoption.
• Experience leading technical delivery across multiple disciplines.
• Applied AI to transform delivery with measurable improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical delivery approach on large, multi-disciplinary engagements spanning data engineering, data visualization, data governance, and AI.
• Orchestrate a unified solution approach across capability leads with a coherent delivery plan.
• Own delivery approach, sequencing, staffing, and risk management across engagements.
• Identify delivery risks early and intervene to maintain coherence and quality across workstreams.
