Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Principal Architect - Data & AI to lead large, multi-disciplinary engagements across data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI. You will orchestrate unified approaches, set delivery standards, and drive practice maturation, coaching architects and consultants while balancing presales, PMO, and delivery collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ten or more years delivering enterprise data or AI solutions in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Expert-level depth in one discipline with working proficiency in at least two others to lead delivery and evaluate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery approach on large, multi-disciplinary engagements spanning data engineering, data visualization, data governance, and AI.
• Orchestrate a unified solution approach across capability leads with clear sequencing and standards.
• Own delivery strategy and risk management across multiple workstreams to ensure coherence and quality.
• Provide coaching and governance to ensure practice maturation and repeatable delivery patterns.
