Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Principal Architect who operates across data engineering, data visualization, data governance, and AI to orchestrate a unified technical approach on large, multi-disciplinary engagements.

This role drives the practice maturation, establishes delivery standards and accelerators, and guides capability leads while remaining billable when depth or cross-discipline leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expertise in one discipline with working knowledge of others.
• Facilitation of discovery, architecture reviews, and executive sessions.
• Strong communication to executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Ability to lead across data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery approach on large, multi-disciplinary engagements spanning data engineering, data visualization, data governance, and AI.
• Orchestrate a unified solution across capability leads with clear sequencing and shared standards.
• Own delivery approach, including staffing, sequencing, and de-risking across workstreams.
• Identify and intervene on delivery risks early.
• Mentor and coach architects and consultants across disciplines.
